Line of the times

I'm not usually the kind of girl to follow a trend, I like what I like & that's it; but I'm really pleased to see the return of the stripe, they're always a winner in my view. Classic but fun at the same time.
Gone are the days when "you shouldn't wear horizontal stripes." Maybe they make me appear wider, maybe they don't...I don't care, I like them!
I had to laugh though, a couple of days ago I was wearing stripes & I showed a customer a similar top at which point she made some remark about stripes being "unflattering", shows how much attention customers pay to sales staff...super observant...NOT!
Do you like my pom pom scarf? I made it all by my self and I adore it! My knitting skills have improved slightly...I managed to complete this without a single hole and I even managed to get the stitches right too :)

  9. Julia, I am DYING for yet another of your dresses. You have an amazing eye, you seriously do. This dress totally rocks. I tend toward bold black and white stripes when I go there. Started when I was 15 and goth and wore black and white striped tights. Sigh. You're officially added to my Inspirations.

And the scarf...totally impressed! Good job, sugar!
