Even though the weather has been better now than it's been in months I'm starting to think about my autumn / winter wardrobe.
Most of my winter garments have been worn to death and alot of my summer clothes don't layer well so when this dress went on sale I couldn't help myself. It's perfect on it's own when it's warm enough but I'll be able to layer it with a merino and tights & boots through the winter.
Do you buy trans-seasonal clothing or do you prefer to buy for the season you're in??

I definitely think Trans-Seasonal clothing is a better investment, considering I live in a tropical, year-round hot country! You look grea tin those spotty dots! Thanks for your sweet comment too.

Polka dots are my fave and this dress is perfect with all the different colours!
ReplyDeleteI think I just kind of buy clothes then wear them all year round (obviously with layers for the winter!) although I do have some items I like to keep strictly for the winter or summer! xx

trans-seasonal for sure! we have four different seasons here in Estonia, so it would be pretty annoying to buy things for every single season..

Oh darling, this is like the perfect dress and you look gorgeous in it! I actually don't think too much when I buy clothes (impulsive shopper!) but I try at least to buy dresses that can be worn in spring and autumn, for example.

This dress is SO cute, I love the different dots and colours, I can imagine it will be perfect when it's colder with some tights and a coat.

ReplyDeleteLove the polka dotted dress. I try to buy trans-seasonal. But really I love sweaters and non-layer-able sundresses a lot too. A pair of tights & a jacket can take most clothes into the colder seasons though. I'm sure you'll work it out :)
